Definitely considered an outtake because everything but the face of Norfolk Southern C40-9 #: 8865 came out blurry. Now, I reconsidered because this standard cab Dash-9 is no longer in service. Here, the #: 8865 and another unit are heading into Manville Yard, light, at Bridgewater, NJ on 07.25.15.
