National Docks Local.

An unknown local heads south, on the National Docks Secondary, with seven box cars, in tow. It is possibly the Bayonne Local that transfers cars between South Kearny Yard and Bayonne Yard. Oddly, the power has two wide dimensional load red flags, on it, and it doesn't quite look like these cars meet that criteria.
