Before this time, I have never seen Alcos, except in museums, and I had never heard of the Delaware and Lackawanna. One day, my friend took me to Slateford Junction and I caught my first glimpse of this railroad and these Alcos. Here is PT-98 peeking through the trees as it gathers the interchange cars from NS. It was a snowy Saturday afternoon on 01.04.14. Fresh into the new year.
