"Crna Katica" or "Black Katica", is on display outside the Zagreb Glavni Kolodvor in Zagreb, Croatia. At one point, this was located at the Danica Concentration Camp Museum before being relocated to this current spot. It was built in 1891 in Budapest, Hungary and was thought to be the steam locomotive that transported inmates to the Danica Concentration Camp. This claim was refuted as records show that it was in the process of being overhauled at the time the camp operational, but it still stands outside the station as a Holocaust Memorial. This locomotive is the oldest surviving steam engine in Croatia. This photo was taken on 08.19.25.
