The Santa Fe #: 940 was built in 1903 and is the sole survivor of the 332 locomotives of its type. It was retired in 1954 and put on display at the Bartlesville Park. After years of flooding, at this location, threatened its integrity, it was moved to its current location in 2008 and has since received some well needed maintenance and restoration to make it more visible and more accessible.
