After arriving at this location a bit late, it seems like the westbound traffic dried up and it was only eastbounds, from this point on, even though the lighting favored westbound traffic. Here, the situation would only get worse when the NS local that serves the Cargill Plant at Whiskey Island, appeared and tied up traffic on the Chicago Line.
