Another outtake due to the subject being blurred, but I've seen other photographers post pics with the same results. NYS&W SD60 #: 3806 crosses Old Prospect School Road in Sparta, NJ on one of my past SU-99 chases on 07.03.15. So, we got a, "Yellowjacket", in the road and what is that with the orange shirt and black pants in the lower left? Looks like a bumblebee in the bushes or something.
