Forgive the poor quality of the picture but its not often that I see a Kansas City Southern switcher, so I took this photo of KCS #: 4223 (NW2) sitting in the Union Pacific North Yard, in Council Bluffs, Iowa. It was pretty far away and I didn't want to trespass, so I had to zoom and crop, significantly.
