On the afternoon of July 23, 2021, I was pleasantly surprised to find that Conrail sent a 100-car Herzog Ballast Train down the Bayonne Industrial Track. It was headed to Bayonne Yard as part of Conrail's plan to perform maintenance work in this area. Here, the train is seen passing the Hudson Bergen Light Rail 34th Street Station as it heads south towards the yard.
