The East Jersey Railroad and Terminal Company #: 321B heads south down the Hook Road, to supply cars to Chem South, the southernmost part of IMTT, in Bayonne, NJ. As I missed it going across the crossing, I caught up to it and got this shot off as the tracks run right next to the Hook Road, for most of the trip.
