This is the westbound shelter of the Harper's Ferry Station. It was built in 1894 and is connected via tunnel to the main station building. It was re-located to its new location on April 15th, 1931. This was when the tunnel was constructed, and the new main line was re-aligned to cross a new bridge that allowed for heavier trains.
