In this nice juxtaposition of different modes of transportation, the 80-ton centercab and adjoining rail equipment sits next to the 377 Mini-Guppy on display at the Tillamook Air Musuem which it advertises. Like the trains, the Mini-Guppy is also a unique in that it is the only 377MG "Mini Guppy", that was built from a converted Boeing 377 Stratocruiser. Two other examples were built but differed in the fact that they were built from parts of the 377 and C-97 aircraft. These two aircraft had turbine engines and were known as the Model 101 Mini Guppy Turbine and had different style cargo loading capabilities. The hangar that the aircraft sits next to is the actual museum which houses the remaining aircraft collection.
