When I go to Allentown, it's usually for NS. On this particular day, my friend and I heard a horn, coming from across the Lehigh River, near downtown. When we went to investigate, we found that it was the Roger J. Corman Railroad GP16 #: 1713, at work. Here, I got my first glimpse of it as it rolled out in between the buildings, and I was very surprised and happy to see it. It was the first time I've ever seen that railroad, at work, while in Allentown, PA. Usually, when I'm there, it is nowhere to be found.
