From the same trip as the Flats Industrial Railroad and also an original no-post photo, this is a photo of the Weirton Steel SW1500 #: 681. The photo was taken from the nearby highway and I had to crop the guardrail out of the shot. Here, it sits in the recently closed Weirton Steel Mill Yard in Weirton, West Virginia. This shot was taken in 2007 and I haven't been back since, so I don't know if this operation is still around.
