The Morris County Central Railroad coach #: 1001 started life as a CNJ coach up until passenger service on the railroad ended and it was sold to a private owner who operated it on the Morris County Central Railroad until its demise in 1980. It was then stored on this siding in Newfoundland Station where it sat until 2017, when it was donated to the Whippany Railroad Musuem. Here, it sits snow covered on the day after Thanksgiving in 2014, next to the Newfoundland Station.
