The Harvey House was a restaurant for the AT&SF passengers passing through Belen, NM up until the outbreak of World War 2 when it was used to serve the troop trains passing through the area. During the 1950's it was repurposed as a breakroom and dormitory for the AT&SF railroad crews up until the 1970's. Afterwards, it was saved from being torn down and served a few different functions throughout the 1980's until it was finally turned into a museum. It is right alongside the BNSF yard in Belen, NM.
