The EL Unit and the #: 1702 just crossed the lift span of the Upper Bay Draw as they pull a string of garbage cars and other mixed freight across the bridge. After clearing the switch, they will shove the cars back and down into the Bowl at Oak Island Yard in Newark, NJ.
