The trackside side of this station also gives away the fact that it is relatively new. It was built in 2001 when Amtrak restored passenger service via the, "Heartland Flyer", between Fort Worth and Oklahoma City. I stopped here to see if I could get the evening westbound (northbound) Heartland Flyer on 05.20.26.
