Usually, empty railroad crossings aren't much of a subject to photograph. This one is an exception as fans of Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade should recognize this from a scene which has a young Indiana Jones run across this crossing and into his childhood home directly across the street and behind me in the photograph. This crossing is in the town of Antonito, CO and is about a mile or so from the Cumbres and Toltec Scenic Railroad Depot. It is also about a block away from the actual Denver, Rio Grande, & Western Antonito Station.
