For the second week in a row, the Erie Lackawanna Unit leads the Oak Island local that services all yards along the Chemical Coast. Old habits die hard as I refer to this as the Chemical Coast, as it has now been redubbed the, "Garden State Secondary", in an effort to put a positive spin on what really is a string of chemical plants/oil refineries which line the Jersey Coast, from Newark all the way down to Perth Amboy.
