Though I'm on the wrong side of the light, I caught this photo of both decks of the Steel Bridge being used. The upper-deck is for Light Rail and cars. The lower-deck is for actual trains. Here, a TriMet Max train-set heads west on the upper-deck and the eastbound Amtrak Cascades crosses on the lower-deck on 09.07.25. I'm on the wrong side of the light but these are the only regularly scheduled trains that you don't have to wait around for. After two failed attempts at rail-fanning freight due to some unpleasant encounters with homeless people, I took whatever photos I could get.

Over and Under.
