A station without a railroad. Ellenville Depot, in Ellenville, NY, was one of the stations on the New York Ontario & Western Railroad's Kingston Branch, which branched off of their main line at Summitville and continued on to Kingston. Passenger Service was discontinued in the late 40's/early 50's. The railroad itself was abandoned with most of its right-of-way pulled up. The railroad has all but disappeared, yet, a lot of the obscure stations, on this branch, still remain.
