Although it is more common to see the EJRR using the #: 321B to switch the terminal, this was one of those occasions where the railroad decided to use its second locomotive #: 250 to do the honors. Here, it is seen shoving tank cars into the Chem South portion of the terminal, in Bayonne, NJ.
